ORDER PROCESSING - ITEMS IN STOCK
Orders for items in stock placed by 11:00 (Italian time), Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are shipped the next working day.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Items marked as made to order are produced after your order and are shipped in approximately 14 days from order confirmation.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at sales@massimocastelli.it for a shipping quote.

DELIVERY TIMES
European Union: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. Other countries: delivery time depends on the destination and on customs clearance.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are paid by the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and on the weight of the order, and are shown at checkout before payment.

TRACKING
All orders are sent by express courier with tracking. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
